• Refunds are not available once the course has begun.

• If you are unable to attend a class, please inform the instructor in advance.
• No refunds or make-up classes will be provided for missed sessions.

3. Code of Conduct

• All students must maintain a respectful and positive learning environment.
• Disruptive behavior, harassment, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.
• English Club Sunset reserves the right to remove students who violate these rules.

4. Course Materials & Copyright

• Course materials provided by English Club Sunset are for personal use only.
• Copying, distributing, or reproducing materials without permission is prohibited.

5. Privacy Policy

• Student information will be kept confidential and used only for enrollment and communication purposes.
• We do not share personal information with third parties.

6. Changes & Cancellations

• English Club Sunset reserves the right to modify class schedules or cancel courses if necessary.
• In the event of cancellation, students will be notified as soon as possible.
