- Refunds are not available once the course has begun.
2. Attendance & Punctuality
- Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes.
- If you are unable to attend a class, please inform the instructor in advance.
- No refunds or make-up classes will be provided for missed sessions.
3. Code of Conduct
- All students must maintain a respectful and positive learning environment.
- Disruptive behavior, harassment, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.
- English Club Sunset reserves the right to remove students who violate these rules.
4. Course Materials & Copyright
- Course materials provided by English Club Sunset are for personal use only.
- Copying, distributing, or reproducing materials without permission is prohibited.
5. Privacy Policy
- Student information will be kept confidential and used only for enrollment and communication purposes.
- We do not share personal information with third parties.
6. Changes & Cancellations
- English Club Sunset reserves the right to modify class schedules or cancel courses if necessary.
- In the event of cancellation, students will be notified as soon as possible.
